JOB SUMMARY

You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. You will also be responsible for helping customers with all rental items, including how to operate and loading units. Job can include some physical lifting and use of machinery. This position will also include other tasks such as making keys, filling propane tanks, operating some small equipment, and assisting customers through the store as needed. This position will require you to learn our Point Of Sale System, Rental System, and a basic understanding of how to run/operate all rental equipment. Hard, thoughtful, and company minded workers do best in our company. This position will include an occasional evening and a rotation of weekends.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to lift 100 lbs
Ability to learn Computer systems
