This place is absolutely the best hardware store that I've ever been to. It puts the big box stores to shame. We came in for a simple key cutting and were amazed by the professionalism of all of the staff. We ended up purchasing a lot more than just keys after we took a walk around the store. Amazed by the amount of merchandise that they carry. Very clean and very well organized. This was our first visit, but there will be many more. 

Hands down the most helpful hardware around, somebody is always willing to help you find something or order something.. great hardware!

I'll drive out of my way to Minster's True Value because of their helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. That is nearly impossible to find at the larger hardware stores like Menards or Lowes.

The guys on the floor help me find anything I need. Doesn't matter if I'm looking for one wing nut or an entire set of tools, they have great service!

It's worth the half-hour drive to get good service and actually find a salesperson without walking all over the store. And everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable.
