We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in the Troy store. You will work closely with the store manager to ensure smooth day to day operations. You will be required to learn and be trained in various departments in the store including learning how to operate our Point-of-Sale System. Inventory adjustments, merchandising, helping balance cash drawers, help keep all associates busy, maintaining store & property cleanliness, helping grow sales, managing staff and business on your night(s) & weekends are also important aspects of the position. The job can include some physical lifting. This position averages 45 hours per week. Some of the training must be completed in the Minster store.
