We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in the Minster store.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for walking around the store helping customers find the products they need. You may have to give product recommendations, help customers problem solve, and answer general questions about the products in our store. You may also be asked to occasionally put away merchandise and stock shelves. This position does not require you to use a computer, however, you will be answering some phone calls to assists customers calling into the store looking for certain products. This is a perfect position for someone who is retired. Knowledge across various departments such as tools, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, and hardware is a plus. This is a part time position with occasional nights and a weekend rotation.

Some hardware experience/knowledge is a plus.

Must be able to access the internet to check company emails.

Will spend a lot of time walking/standing- must be able to be on feet at least 4 hours at a time.
