We are seeking a full time shift lead/parts counter associate to join our team in the Troy store. You will work closely with the store manager to ensure smooth day to day operations. You will be required to learn and be trained in various departments of the store including learning how to operate our Point-of-Sale System. This position will also include working at the parts and rental counter. You will be trained on how to properly operate and maintain the rental equipment to ensure you can assist customers with rentals. Inventory adjustments, merchandising, helping balance cash drawers, help keep all associates busy, maintaining store & property cleanliness, helping grow sales, and managing staff and business on your night(s) & weekends are also important aspects of the position. The job can include some physical lifting. This position averages 40-45 hours per week. Some of the training must be completed in the Minster store. Hard, thoughtful, and company minded workers do best in our company.
Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
