As a Customer Service/Parts Counter Associate, you will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. You will also be responsible for helping customers with all rental items, including how to operate and loading units. Job can include some physical lifting and use of machinery. This position will also include other tasks such as making keys, filling propane tanks, operating some small equipment, and assisting customers through the store as needed. This position will require you to learn our Point Of Sale System, Rental System, and a basic understanding of how to run/operate all rental equipment. Hard, thoughtful, and company minded workers do best in our company. This position is mostly evenings and a rotation of weekends.

Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is a plus
